This dynamic group of ladies, also known as the "Counselling Chicks," are all part of a team that coordinates Student Services at Strathmore High School. Student Services provides the following:
- course and class selections and timetabling
- career counselling including preparation for application to post-secondary institutions
- personal counselling (in conjunction with other counselling agencies)
Focus for June - Course Selections and Timetables
In June, we begin to focus on preparing our students for the upcoming school year, by giving them their timetables. From June 9 - 13, Mrs. Ledene and Ms. Harris meet with all incoming grade 9 students and their parents.These meetings occur during the day, however there are a few selected eveing appointments available. To arrange an appointment time, please call 934-3135. It is important that each incoming grade 9 student attends these meetings as they will receive their timetable/schedule for the 2008-2009 school year, and any necessary course changes can be made at that time.

Current SHS students (those currently in Grade 10 and 11) will receive their timetables during TA on Wednesday, June 18th.
Just a reminder to our current students - please make any necessary course changes before the end of June!! (You have lots of time to see us during exam week!)
