Grad Ceremonies Introduction

All Grade 12's participating in the grad ceremonies need to write what they want read out loud as they cross the stage. You need to send your introduction by April 30 to either:

Your introduction should include:

Your name the way you wish it to be read.
Your career plans.
A special thank you if you wish - thank parents, teacher, coach

Remember that your parent, friends, teachers and other members of the community at grad, will hear your message and must understand it. Thus initials are unacceptable.

To prepare this introduction use the steps listed below.

In Word,

Type in a message 2 or 3 sentences long
Use the first person I, my

Check it for spelling and grammar and save it with your name as the document name (first and last name please). Please keep the saved copy until you get confirmation from us that we have received it.

Use the Spelling and Grammar feature on the Tools menu.

Exit Word.
Create an email message:

On the Re line enter your name
Please send your write up as an attachment. Do not type it as the body of your email.
Send it to:
