All forms must be completed in their entirety. As well, a copy of ONE of the following documents MUST accompany the completed registration package:

• birth certificate

• passport

• baptismal certificate

• permanent resident/landed immigrant documents

• Canadian citizenship document

• Social Services documents

• Visa

• adoption order

You must also provide proof of residency in the Golden Hills School Divsion area (e.g. phone or utilities bill) AND a copy of the most recent report card from your previous school.

ONCE ALL THE PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED, PLEASE FAX THE REGISTRATION PACKAGE AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO (403)934-6694, OR DROP THEM OFF AT THE FRONT OFFICE AT STRATHMORE HIGH SCHOOL.ONCE THE STUDENT SERVICES TEAM HAS REVIEWED YOUR FILE , YOU WILL BE CALLED TO DISCUSS CLASS SELECTION PROCEDURES.
